Stacey Solomon shares the sweet moment husband Joe Swash comes home after filming ‘I’m A Celeb’

Stacey Solomon was smitten on Wednesday morning as she welcomed husband Joe Swash home after a three-week separation.

Earlier in the week, Stacey revealed her disappointment at the cancellation of Joe’s flight home following his work trip to South Africa where he reportedly filmed I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here All Stars.

Joe finally made it back to the family home, affectionately dubbed Pickle Cottage, early Wednesday and Stacey shared the sweet moment he surprised their youngest children Rex, three, and 11-month-old Rose.

Stacey filmed her children playing in bed and captured the moment a exhausted looking Joe walked through the door and was excitedly hugged by Rex and Rose.

The star then tore up as he cuddled baby Rose and gave her her breakfast.

Stacey also shared family selfies of the four as she excitedly told her followers that she was preparing for some well-deserved alone time now that she has help with childcare.

Reunion: Joe was then seen bursting into tears as he cuddled baby Rose and gave her her breakfast.

“Daddy’s Home And Mommy’s Arms Have Never Felt So Free. I Know It’s Only Been A Few Weeks But Oh My God We Missed You Joe Joe!” Stacey wrote.

“Time to catch up on some much-needed pee, alone and cuddling with my stubbly spider legs. Happy Wednesday everyone. PS: I can’t get over how much Rex looks like Joe in this pic, right? or are they real twins?’

The presenter reportedly jetted to South Africa to record an all-star version of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! where he will appear alongside other jungle favorites such as Helen Flanagan and Gillian McKeith.

Stacey took to Instagram on Monday night to reveal that she shaved her legs specially for his return home after being away for weeks.

She also revealed he was expected to return home on Wednesday, suggesting he was on a separate, later flight to meet hosts Ant and Dec.

The former EastEnders actor won the ITV series in 2008 and later presented the spin-off show for ten years, and Stacey recently teased that he was filming for a new project.

The star, who recently married X Factor singer and former 2010 Jungle Queen Stacey, is hoping to become the first doubles winner by appearing on the All Stars show.
