In the first sighting of the former Miss Great Britain, 33, since it was revealed she had left her reality TV husband, she got her makeup done and talked on the phone while stopping by a local supermarket.
MailOnline exclusively revealed on Monday that April is in therapy following the end of her marriage to divorced father-of-four George Roberts.

April was also seen in tears earlier in the day as she tried to put her life back together amid the public fallout.
She proposed splitting up with the 40-year-old estranged man after three former girlfriends accused him of his “abusive,” “obsessive” and “manipulative” behavior.
Now MailOnline can reveal she has returned to her £750,000 flat in south London – without ‘husband’ George.

April said she was unable to discuss the coercive behavior allegation made against seemingly married husband George Roberts when she was approached by MailOnline at her home on Monday.
But she appeared jaded and upset at the aftermath of her failed “marriage,” which saw the couple tie the knot in the UK and then honeymoon in the Caribbean.
The reality star was also seen in tears while running errands near her home, telling a worried passerby: “I’ve been on TV and it’s all gotten to be too much.”
The “weddings” on the show aren’t legally binding, but see the couples make lifelong commitments at a ceremony overseen by a wedding officer.
In an Instagram post Sunday night, April opened up about how she’d sought a break from the reality TV show by dating her male friend Jose Luis.

And on Friday, she proposed her fledgling marriage to George in two picture posts on Instagram, with the caption; “How it started vs. how it’s going”.
The first picture showed Miss Great Britain 2020 snuggled up to a heavily tanned George on a sofa. The second picture showed her looking away while George glared at her angrily.
Over the weekend, April went into more detail about the failure of her relationship with George.

She wrote: “The trauma that this show brought about made me reevaluate things.
“I really have, and I’m not ashamed to say I’ve been seeing a therapist since.”
A Channel 4 spokesman told MailOnline: “The care and safety of the cast members is our priority at all times during this production and we ensure robust care and safety protocols are in place for the cast members.
“Adequate support is available to cast members before, during and after filming and broadcast, including access to our experts and an independent psychologist.”

Gemma, who married the heavily tattooed Matt Murry on the show, answered questions from her Instagram followers.
One fan wrote: “George or PJ would have been a better match for you”
She replied, “A George and PJ sandwich.”

George posted her response with a crying, laughing emoji and a heart, indicating he was in favor of the idea.
The post came after it was revealed George was allowed to take part in the E4 show, despite three of his ex-boyfriends complaining to the police about his allegedly abusive behaviour.
Each of them said they had independently lodged a complaint with the police about George, claiming they were “love bombed” before the relationship was “forced”.
All three said they raised concerns with Channel 4 after seeing Mr Roberts in trailers for the show.
They said they reported his “abusive, “obsessive” and “manipulative” behavior towards women.
A source on the show said they were unaware of the allegations against Mr Roberts before he married Ms Banbury on the TV show.
It’s not clear if filming for the show, including their wedding, was complete when the women raised the issue on Channel 4.
Channel 4 told MailOnline: “We work incredibly closely with our production partners to ensure that all cast members of Married at First Sight UK undergo rigorous background and psychological checks, including the most detailed police checks a production can undertake.
“Allegations of this nature are taken extremely seriously by Channel 4.”
